Education (K-12)

Public schools in West Virginia are administered by the county and enthusiastically supported by the citizens. Currently, Berkeley County Schools provides the following number of schools:

  • Elementary : 20 schools
  • Middle : 5 schools
  • Sr. High : 3 schools
  • Vo/Tech : 1

Berkeley County is home to a number of quality private schools, including Faith Christian Academy (Pre-K-12); Martinsburg Christian Academy (Pre-K-12); Rocky Knoll Seventh Day Adventist Elementary; and St. Joseph's Catholic School (K-8).
