MEET THE EDUCATORS:
Kevin Starliper has over 30 years of banking experience with the last 22 of those years spent with CNBBank. Kevin is currently the Senior Vice President / Chief Lending Officer, primarily focusing on commercial lending. Kevin has a degree from Shepherd University in Business Administration and Economics where he was awarded the McMurran Scholar, and MBA from Frostburg University and graduated from the Stonier Graduate School of Banking. Throughout his career, Kevin has volunteered on numerous Boards and Organizations, including Past Chairman of the Berkeley County Development Authority, Executive Committee of the Martinsburg / Berkeley County Chamber of Commerce and the NoonRotary Club. In his spare time, Kevin enjoys spending time in the outdoors and playing tennis.
