Valid Driver's License RN Licensed in WV

Responsibilities:

Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all treatments in compliance with state regulations. Monitor and assess patients’ vital signs (blood pressure, temperature, pulse, and respirations) and report findings appropriately. Chart patient assessments, care, and outcomes. Adhere to all safety procedures, infection control standards, and agency protocols. Perform skilled nursing tasks including drawing labs, providing and teaching wound care, and educating patients and families on disease processes. Utilize a wide range of hands on nursing skills in a home health setting.
