Qualifications:

Previous batching, mixing, chemical manufacturing, or production experience is preferred. Ability to accurately follow written and verbal instructions, formulas, procedures, and specifications. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work. Basic math skills, including the ability to accurately measure and weigh materials. Good communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work safely in a manufacturing and production environment. Dependable attendance and ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and batch materials according to production schedules, formulas, and specifications. Accurately measure and weigh ingredients to ensure proper batch composition. Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), manufacturing instructions, and safety requirements. Operate batching equipment safely and assist with routine equipment maintenance as needed. Monitor the batching process and report equipment, material, or quality concerns to the Batching Lead. Maintain accurate records of batching activities, material usage, and production information. Perform required quality checks on batched materials. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area. Work closely with Production, Quality, Warehouse, Maintenance, and other team members to support efficient operations. Follow all company safety, quality, and production procedures.
